Remote Programming
Remote programming offers a cost effective way for established clients or those with fitness experience to gain access to a tailored exercise plan without the same financial or time limitations of personal training sessions. Monthly remote programming includes the following services:
-3-5 days of exercise programming per week delivered via Google Sheets
-one check in call per month (30 minutes) to discuss goals, objectives, questions, and concerns
-regular email access to me regarding programming questions and schedule changes
