About Me

I started CrossFit in 2013 as an undergraduate at Duke, and what started as a way to stay fit in college quickly became a passion. Since then, I have competed at several Semifinals as an individual and, most recently, at the Crossfit Games on a team. While I love my training and enjoy competing, my own experience has shaped my desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. I have experience training people of all ages and experience levels and have spent the past decade working with clients to achieve a wide range of fitness objectives.

Prior to CrossFit, I played soccer and lacrosse in high school, completed several half marathons, and rode horses competitively until I was 18.

In addition to fitness, I also have a master's degree in Homeland Security and will be attending law school next year. I currently live in Georgia with my husband and our two cats, Jack and Hardy.
